Pls can anyone help with a free website to remove background images in batches and at the same time resize images?

I doubt there are any free tools that can bulk remove the backgrounds. I did a quick google search and found this website - clippingmagic dot com which is a paid one but supports the bulk image removals.
For re-sizing, you can use the 'actions' feature in Adobe Photoshop that can resize hundreds of images with single click.

Remove bg actually does but the free trial is for less than 40 images then you switch to subscription mood

I'll see if i can find any background removers but photopea is probably as close as you get but not mass sadly
