Hi.

The "view" was added late and was originally just for the Beta. I think I'll be leaving it so folks can see what is going on. With this in mind, I'll be redesigning the UI on the Task Manager because of it. I'll check on a 1024x768 monitor as well.

Hanging on Yahoo is a common issue (although this is the first I've heard about 2 characters in an answer). I hope that is all it is as this is easily fixed. Please check this when you get a chance and PM me if you see a 2-characters answer.

Delete project is a good idea - I'll add that in the next service release.

I am running this on a Windows 2003/IE 7 box right now and it is fine.

I tested it personally on a Windows 7 Home edition with IE 8 and it worked as well.

Let's start by checking the secret answer length and go from there.

Few things to look up:-option to remove tasks from task list
-delete project option
-max view should open in new window -right now on 1024x768 resolution i can't even see what is going on with acc

Now the great part:
-this fascinates me and i'm waiting to try out, drawing out link structure and "send it to work"
-great choice of sites
-clean gui
-ease of use 10/10

.NET 2.0 framework is required and I believe the installer checks for this.

When you say it crashes, can you send me details? There should be a button in the error dialog that lets you copy and paste specifics. Please PM this over so I can see exactly what is happening.

The Beta was pretty well tested and I saw no cases of it crashing like this, so I need to jump on the issue and get it resolved.

I encountered the problem creating accounts on Yahoo mail. Open the max view and you will see that one of the secret questions doesn't have enough letters in the field. Mine was only putting 2 letters in there. I put in 5 letters manually and ran the task again and it worked.

The problem I am having is trying to run it on a Server 2003 machine, the program keeps crashing when I try to post articles on the different sites. Is there something missing like .Netframework that is necessary to run the program?

The retail price will be $97 per month.

The special discount for qualifying Beta testers will be $57 per month.

The 3 biggest updates you can expect:

1. More Profile and Web 2.0 sites (no secret or surprise there).
2. Automated bookmarking service - probably through my central servers so you don't have to run anything on your desktop.
3. Scheduling of tasks: notice all tasks have a date value. This is so we can add scheduling pretty easily in a future release. The jury is still out on whether this will run from your desktop (as a service?) or via my central servers so you don't have to schedule it at all on your PC.

How upset would folks be if you sent your task to me (along with the date to run it) and let my servers do the account creation/posting for you? It would all, of course, be reported back through the desktop interface so you'd still have all the visual features.

I've even had the request to do it all for you from my servers. It would work like this:

1. Fire up a new project and load your target page(s).
2. Enter at least one article (with spinning tags and links already in place).
3. Submit to my server with the depth of links (2 deep, 3 deep, or 4 deep).
4. Specify a number of days to spread out the build.
5. Open up SERPAssist each day on your desktop and "connect" to my servers for updates on the tasks.

That's it - you don't actually do anything except watch each day the backlinks grow - all in the visual diagram. What do you think?

I should have been clearer as far as the error is concerned. The program doesn't really crash, it just never completes the task of posting to the blogs. I was trying to post to Vox - got the account created, confirmed the account, but when I tried to post to Vox, it never finishes - the busy icon stays on, I opened max view and the Vox page was there, but it never tried to log in. I waited for 10 minutes before shutting it down.

I have moved the program to an XP machine but am getting the same results. I have checked and it has .Net 2.0 SP 1 thru .Net 3.5 SP1. One thing I have noticed is that the "Target Page" icon does not show the title I put in for the site. And it can't retrieve the details for the site when I right click on the icon.

I've tried following along with the video - step by step - trying to see where I went wrong, but I havn't found it yet, but I ain't giving up.
 
I think I found the problem. When I drag the "Target Page" icon into the map area, the drop down box to selct the site does not appear.
 
Try clicking Max View and then running the Vox post. Another user reported it works only when the screen is open. I haven't had time to check this (yet).

You will only be able to drop as many Target Page nodes as you have entered target pages on the first tab.

Do you have any green targets on your diagram yet?

You should always receive a dialog however (showing you a list to select from or a message saying you've selected them all already).

When you drag a green object over and drop it - what actually happens?

What happened to the reviews for this?

I'm really interested and was hoping that with all these beta testers there would be a bunch of really useful reviews.

Also - since I'm late to the party for this, where is the affiliate program located?

As soon as I know it works, I'll sign up also promote it to my list.
