What I like about Article Submission Helper is - ITS MAC COMPATIBLE - so kudos to it's author for using platform-neutral Adobe AIR for it's runtime.
Very much worth visiting backlinkbattleplan and watching the videos on this: Shane has a short-list file of about 20 *MOST EFFECTIVE* Article Directories that can be installed - instead of the default set 120+ largely sh*t sites bundled with the app.
Personally I prefer targeted Surgical Strikes over utter Shock-And-Awe MASS BOMBINGS of article directories. But lord knows in this forum we've got all types. I worry over the long haul the Spin-ReSpin-UberSpin-Blasters are just gonna end up making Article Marketing something that Google once again deems "95% GARBAGE" and devaluates 'em all into meaningless oblivion...

Shane produce is very useful & very effective thus those videos has a lot of useful info in them .
