anyone know how we can get free adobe photoshop, encoders,render, video editors for free?

actually right now I'm using VSDC free version and it is quite nice actually...no watermarks.

does it have any good effects or do i have to pay for them? like some that has pro version or so

Yes it does have good video and audio effects...I made two of my videos If you want to check out just pm me...Just see how it looks..I have just used 2 or 3 effects. There are atleast 20 effects TBH But works for me. Just they don't have the Voiceover in free version.

GIMP is a free photoshop alternative you can use, however its user interface and features are far from being comparable to PS. That being said, you wont be able to get free licensed photoshop anywhere except for the trial period which lasts for 7 days.
