Hmm they probably will notice something suspicious. If you wanna do this try using a .info domain and redirect to your main site, or iframe it.
 
I guess this amount get added to our account after we add some money to it. How much I should add, never used these coupons before...

It`s against there tos so they care
I think that they will give you the 75$ but its a very low sum considering how much adwords really cost. I`m shure this only works for new accounts.
If you already have an account create another one even if you use the same CC, its not against there tos from what I know.
