I don't know what quality it is. I just found it literally 15 minutes ago. Haven't had time to check it out yet.

I googled it and the demo video looks quite promising. Going to try (and might report back with results here).

Basically it gives links which doesn't help with rankings at all. It might help your site index faster though.

The site will generate backlinks that might help you for the short-term. But in terms of long-term benefits, these backlinks are not going to help you a bit. So, be careful!
