Nice list...

Also, I've found Wordpress is not very useful for self promotion unless you're sneaky with it. They seem to delete blogs very quickly, especially if you backlink to them heavily.

Same with Hubpage.When ever I blast my Hubpage with xrumer they delete my links within 1 day
