yes you can use the same link in different accounts, i've done it without problem.

w/e = what ever. making fuckloads would be making many facebook accounts and get the codes as i read you need make new account, register at the visa application and request the code. am i right ?

edit: seems to need cc to work :P not good really i guess.

These codes work with old accounts, i have 2 around 1 year old accounts:

it seems that only one works per account. You can't use multiple
 
I have a facebook account and already advertised in the past. Just tried to add some of the codes en tadaaaa one worked for me. Seems like its 1 code per account so get creative :)
