However, there is a /intl/ directory which I am guessing means international so that is kind of weird.
Just replace .ca with whatever country of Google you use. Hope that makes sense.

It looks to me like this was sent in a promotional email and in the email is a code that has to be entered to redeem this coupon. See the small print:
"This is a non-transferable, limited promotion open only to those that received a promotional offer via email. This offer is valid only through Google. Your promotional code and terms and conditions can be found in your email. Promotional codes will not be distributed after you?ve created your account."

Google just said to register to receive a $100 coupon and they directed me to that url. Never bothered trying.
