WARNING
For those of you who aren't aware - you do NOT own the domain you register with ChipChip.
After a year, the renewal fee is $20/year. During the first year, you're not allowed to transfer out the domain. It appears that they are a reseller of Namecheap and are registering domains under their own information, not your registrant information.
If they were registering domains on your behalf (like a domain registrar), ICANN's regulations would prevent them from not allowing you to transfer the domain during the first year. The only way around that regulation is to have every domain registered in their name - so they are the legal registrant. And by the way, that means they could decide to cancel your account and keep your domain if it's getting a lot of traffic.

Chipchip (teechip) offering free 1 year domain (.com .net .....) without credit card.
Steps:
1- Go to chipchip com
2- Create account
3- Click on Domains then click on Create domain
4- Register your domain infos
5- Wait 3 hours until your domain be activated
