Registered there via gmail. Been told I can't do KYC with generic email. Created a corp email. Still unable, because needs to be in my profile. Can't change email in profile. Registered new account with corp email. A week later still waiting for the confirmation of registration.

While I understand that they are targeting B2B mostly - this is bullshit, I've spend a good 4 hours going back and forth with support, 3 accounts, setting up corp email and so on. And I still can't even get to the KYC process. Is there something I don't know about registration in this service?

sounds like their onboarding is stuck between duplicate accounts and email mismatch, not something you can fix yourself. I’d ask for support to close/merge the old accounts and manually attach the corp email to one profile, otherwise you’ll keep going in circles.

I've registered from completely different email as a company, they said "yeah we'll contact you" and nothing.

Was hoping I can review it, but it's dumb to do without doing whole KYC process since they restrict residential proxies to only 200 "good" domains.

It's probably still got some duplicate information,
Causing it to misbehave
But that's their issue
Not yours

Yeah that sounds ridiculous tbh. If you already made the corp email and support still has you stuck in registration, feels more like a broken onboarding flow than something you’re missing.

If it already cost you 4 hours before first test, I would stop forcing it. That sounds like broken account ops, not user error. I would ask them to merge or delete the duplicate accounts once, and if they still drag it out I would just move on.
