FraudBuster Question...

Hi,
Tutorial on FraudBuster is not updated or i am on the wrong page or what ever.. But what exactly does this mean?
On Tutorial it says stuff like ''What do you want to do with real visitor/reviewer'' but it says the following for me







can someone explain please? dont really understand now where i have to paste my money site and where i have to post my fake (safe) site

1) -- select disable filter on this option and bydefault it should be on disable filter.
2) -- This mean you have to paste the url which is your normal webpage & used on adwords or bingads for approval.
3) --- This mean you have to put ur money site over there.
