FraudBuster - Disclosure
Fraudbuster organized a large-scale Initial Coin Offering by offering subscribers tokens in return for monthly payments made via credit card. Subscribers were lured into the prospect of a high return. Duping thousands of customers all while, the payments were disguised as subscription payment for fictitious SaaS products.

FraudBuster rotated through multiple merchant accounts to continue the operation. Cancellation requests were outrightly rejected, the company kept subscriptions rebilling even after multiple cancellation requests. Complaints were quelled through threats and intimidation. This operation finally got busted and some customers were refunded, if you did not receive the refund in full by now, you are requested to file chargeback through your bank.

If you've received any charge from any [email protected] or you see this name on your credit card statement, you've been scammed. You can provide your bank a link to this page and let them know that you fell victim to this large-scale scam operation and they'll be able to reverse all fraudulent charges on your credit card for you.

If you've never filed a chargeback before, here is a quick guide on how to file a chargeback: https://www.wikihow.com/Use-a-Credit-Card-Chargeback

I have also received that email in my inbox today.
Isn't / wasn't Fraubuster a cloaking software?
Is that also busted now? I would be interested in their operational data - anyone who knows the owners who can put me in touch?

Just received an email insisting for chargeback.
Are they hacked?

Got the same letter. Anyone knows more about this?

Is this the official FB email?

Scammers are using several similar emails to defraud ICOs on behalf of several websites. Sometimes they just change the TLD and are able to steal tons of coins.

This is so odd. Do anyone have insights on this? FraudBuster was a cloaking service?
