fraud clicks/bot

hi guys

if any one could help me, i have a small business and some one has targeted me for some fraud clicks this is costing me alot of $$$ and google wont do much about it, most of the fraud traffic comes from a different country which dosent makes sense how google even shows my ads and the clicks are from a mobile is there anything that can be done I am in the stage that im willing to do the same just to make a point and make this stop
any help or any thing will be appreciated, i just want this thing to stop!!!

(btw i use a blocking software which is useless in this case or if ill wait a month until there are no more ips to use but ill end up on the street in this rate also tried blocking an entire country which the clicks are coming from (USA) and already blocked an ISP in europe

I think this way is used very scrub people. Becouse you dont must to use it.
You need to block ips, so you must choose ips which is froud clicks and block their subnet but not all country.

Setting your google ads to show on desktop only...
