Foundation Network Manager App

I searched around BHW and G before posting this.

I'm looking for a web app that manages multiple domains and their content on multiple hosts. I don't care about checking the typical SEO factors so much. The app would take in content somehow and then let the user push that content out to any of the domains in the system across multiple hosts using typical protocols. The content publishing would be tracked and could be updated later to add and remove links, ads, etc. from this app. I need this tool to manage a growing foundation network of aged domains. The domains are either using Drupal or just a bunch of one off pages.

I'm in buy or build stage...

An open source project that knocks out the core functionality would be great.

No problem. That's actually what I figured I'd hear.

I'm curious... Are you using a CMS on your sites or are they generated pages ftp'd up?
