For my 2 yrs old website with 250 articles i want to start create foundation backlinks.

1 - Is it safe to create 500 backlinks ( profile , article, bookmark , image sharing etc ) ******** and nofollow mix in 4 month ?

2 - All links pointed to home page with brand name . Is it safe ? Because i dont create any backlinks for inner pages.

Better start with something more valuable :)
If you haven't built many backlinks yet, the 500 backlinks at once may even harm your site. Even though those are low quality links
I would better recommend to make a link building strategy for 3-6 months, with do & no follow mix as you told. But, less backlinks, and slowly increasing the amount after each month.
Like 1 month = 30 backlinks (fundamental), 2 month = 50 backlinks (other type), 3 month = 70 backlinks etc.

Secondly, It's totally safe to use brand name - right decision. You can build all of them pointing to the homepage, or you also can diversity a little bit and build backlinks to inner pages either.
Just make sure you build good backlinks, and use a long-term strategy, Google doesn't like when you build 500 links for the site with low backlinks.

That's way too much and way too fast. Start a bit slower and work your way up.

Your site is 2 years old do as many backlinks as you want. 500 in 4 months is not enough imo however you should concentrate on blog related backlinks and sprinkle everything else in as you go. I do hundreds of backlinks a day a day without problems. It's also a very good idea to do backlinks to inner pages.

Think quality, not quantity. 500 crappy backlinks are no match for 10 high-quality backlinks. Also, do it organically. But if your site is a news portal - then a rapid increase of backlinks will be fine.

Are you going to point this to your money site directly? If yes, then it is not safe to create 500 backlinks in a short period of time. To gain a healthy SEO score and a good user experience, you should build links to both your home page and inner pages.

Think quality, not amount. 500 horrible backlinks are no counterpart for 10 great backlinks. Additionally, do it naturally. Be that as it may, in the event that your site is a news gateway - a fast increment of backlinks will be fine.

I think 500 links would be fine in the span of 4 months. And yes, you should build a d0follow and nofollow mix to keep it natural as much as possible.

Most of the links should be linked to the homepage but also build backlinks for your inner pages too, for the diversity.

500 backlinks over 4 months = 125 backlinks per month - I think this should not be an issue because your site is 2 years old. High chances that it has already got hundreds of low tier natural backlinks.

However as suggested by members above, handful of high quality backlinks are way too better than hundreds of poor quality backlinks. So think about that.

It is important to do the planning (efforts, time, resources, etc.) before you start. High quality backlinks take more time and efforts and give more value. Low quality backlinks take less efforts but are less valuable.

Why wouldn't you want to create back links to inner pages? Those are your testing pages. If anything goes bad for testing backlinking you can just rename the URL and start over.

exactly - 10 quality links will out perform 100 low tier links.

Backlinks are links from other websites that point to your website. They are an important part of SEO as they help search engines understand the quality and relevance of your website.
