Found very good .com.tr domain. Suitable for PBN?

Hi,

I found .com.tr domain with:
Majestic TF 30, CF 25,
MOZ DA 56
MOZ PA 44
MOZ trust 5
No spam
Is this type of domain (I mean .com.tr) suitable for PBN if I live in europe? I'm asking because it costs a lot to buy it and I don't want to raise the flag also.

If you are able to register it, then sure. You forgot the most important metric though and that's the number of referring domains.

Registering a .com.tr is almost impossible if you don't have a company or trademark according to the name. Registering involves several written documents, including a business registration certificate or trademark registration certificate matching the domain name (doesn't have to be from Turkey, but must be valid in Turkey). Additionally, you have to prrof that you are doing "substantive" business with Turkey in some way. For foreigners copies of ID documents are required and registration is only possible with all real data, no privacy possible.

The others like web.tr, biz.tr and so on don't have these strict requirements, but .com.tr is really tought to get if you aren't a Turkish citizen.

Nargil, reffering domains 3.35k (ahrefs). It was a big news site in Turkey I think.

Then what @starki said. It's not registered for a reason. If it's too good to be true, then it really is too good to be true.
