The specs of the keyword seems good. However, if you dont have any previous SEO experience, will be hard to rank for that phrase, IMHO. Moreover, it's vital that there is some ongoing SEO.
But nothing is unachievable ;)

This is a difficult to rank keyword if you have no previous knowledge. you should go for something around 20-25 range if you're just starting out
