My questions as a Youtube newbie are: what happens to these channels? Do they get removed after some time, and/or user banned? Can it go to legal pursuits from films rights owners?

Hello. I can upload movies to youtube in full screen without copyright use. However, after 2 3 days, my channels are suspended by the community rules. I couldn't find the solution for this.

If I have to answer your question, you will not have any problems with fake movies that you will upload to Youtube. In fact, if you can upload movies without being caught in the copyright, you still won't have any legal problems. At worst, your youtube channel will just suspended
