Found competitors spam network, what to do?

I'm fairly new to this. I was just looking at my top local competition's backlinks and noticed there where funny html pages on many of the url's.

Examples of his backlinks:

http://cfcphotography.com/v4f036ccf.html
http://eye4weddings.com/V13819C61.php

etc.

an obvious referral network of some sort.

I guess it just pisses me off how shitty it all is, in additional to the terrible spam links he also has.

It's not worth it because nothing will probably come to it. Anyone can win in SEO if they have the budget or time for it.

There no point reporting no one hit him hard with your skill.

Bot up scapebox ,and get a really heigh metric exspired domain , register it.

Bot up scapebox get all his backlinks , and steel any good ones and use thrm , know double the amount of backlinks he has, but yours are more decent .

Add 10 new articles to the new website in the niche.

Know add 10 subprime web 2.0 pointing to your new website.

Go and register 10 blogspot ,and write 10 new blogs ,and point 1 at each supreme web 2.0 you made early on.

Bot up gsa ,and blast the 10 blog spot 24/7 for a week on a vps...
