Found a very weird ecom method from a sketchy ad on YouTube. Some help?

Very interesting, thanks @AlgoScale . I, as well am into organic and white hat ecom, and I'm fascinated by black hat methods at scale.

I don't know how they're pulling this but if their spamming this much ads, they're probably profitable.
Looks like noship to me coupled with data collecting.

Let's see first if @BassTrackerBoats receives his product.

Hard to say without seeing the charge details, but most scammy setups avoid Stripe because of strict verification. If the ad was ripped, there’s a good chance they’re using a low-tier processor or a reseller gateway to stay under the radar.
 
The product arrived yesterday with a Chicago return address.

The shipper has a home address on the sent aspect of the package.

It's well built and delivered as advertised.

It comes in pieces you have to screw together as they are threaded, so it took like 2 minutes to put together.

If I had a need for a product like that, this would have been a decent purchase.

Was the ship from address an address sin Wyoming? If so it was listed on all their websites and is a storage unit in a house thats being rented. Also u should take a video fo the item and put it behind an ip grabbing link shortner and send it to them saying its broken here is a video of it, just to see where they are based outa lol

It was Chicago, Illinois as I shared above; I googled the address, and it is a home.

It was not broken; it's a legitimate product, so sending them a video otherwise would be unethical.

It was as described.

I've no use for it, but it was a social IM experiment, and I do that now and then and have only been disappointed once or twice in the years I have been doing that.

My wife has a lady friend who could use it, and we'll give it to her, as it is a decent product.

/witch hunt.

Maybe the seller is a member here and saw you ordered his product so he sent it to you to make us think he's legit :D
Just kidding, it's nice to see an ad not being a scam. Thanks for showing us the web is not all crooked.

That's great you received the stick and it will go to good use. I believe the big question now is HOW are they spamming the ads? Do they truly pay for them or some other method?

they have to be using some kind of 50% off ads or something. Also just wanna check if the original poster got rebilled/ subscribed without consent bc a lot of these stores are black hat MRR and will refill you with spoofed merchant names and such

I didn't get rebilled or anything like that all.
 
SO something very interesting I found in the HTML of the site is it links to an app on the App Store (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/droptitan/id6746070773) Then I click on the dev which has 5-6 of these apps which are just admin panels for dropshiping. All the domains follow the same registrant and privacy opsec decisions as all his other drop shipping stores. I think he is running some kind of drop shipping store for products out of Vietnam? The only active version of the app I found is here:

I discovered one of their stores have a huge blocks of google ads IDs. Like 80+. Seems like it's used to warm up ad accounts? (https://brightenlystore.com/pages/contact-us)

I'm impressed with your research, and I think you are right that there is a dropshipping operation going on there.

Some of you smarter guys may want to replicate what they are doing (I'm talking to you, @AlgoScale) and bank from their idea.

In my free time I find these dark methods very fascinating and revisit this guys thing every now and then. Currently im scraping all the domains he has used to see what each one is being used for. Still trying to figure out how it's all profitable with the sheer number of ad accounts and ad testing needed. Once I figure it out I'd love to build in public on this forum for everyone to see

Okay this is the biggest bombshell in uncovering the method I've found:
All the stores run by this guy use the same address in Wyoming in the footer of the site so I wrote a dork and scraped all the stores he has ran, their html code and all the domain WHOIS data. This resulted in 91 websites

Findings from this:
  • They stated this operation in august of 2025 and their latest site was launched 2 days ago
  • out of the sites are sleepers with zero google ad pixels but some have up to 65 pixels stuffed into it.
  • All the sites are automatically generated.
  • They are using a load balanced payment processor that spreads all the payments across Stripe, PayPal, Airwallex, Payoneer, and Adyen.
  • They use they exact same payment gateway accounts across all 91 sites
  • All the data is here

I was always wondering how can you be profitable selling garbage products across poorly autumnally produced JS ecom sites. What im about to share below answers that question.

I started looking up all the domain names in google's ad transparency center and most didnt have any ran ads but some did so I compiled a list of all the LLC names the ad accounts are registered under. These are provided here, you can see that they range from individual people, to small businesses, to LARGE corporations.


It seems like all the businesses in this list used the same shitty agency or SEO audit tool where they gave read/write access to their google ads accounts. It seems they somehow have compromised all these master manager accounts and then they spin up sub accounts under these and just parasite bill. The ethical thing would be to contact all these businesses and let them know their ad account is being billed by hackers.

Basically this is the setup
1) Use a Next.JS cloner to spin up a shell site
2) inject 10-20 zombie ad accounts and point them at 1 domain
3) some will get banned but in the process the others will be warmed up and ready to go
4) rip peoples content and create a product listing and run their content as ads using the hacked acc
5) profit the full profit of every transaction with no ad costs.

It seems this is very profitable as I found the guys socials and hes in penthouses in Vietnam driving around in supercars

There were sellers here offering half priced ads, I wonder what other shadow methods are out there
