Found a template for Bricks Builder that gets 99 on mobile & 100 on desktop and it's complex and pretty

Hi everyone,
I think - after ten years of coding, design & optimisation ...

I'm done with elementor and cache plugins and CDNs and such.

I found a template which I find attractive, complex and useful that scores 99/100 on mobile and desktop.

For Google page speed, GTmetrix, ping tools and such.

I've never used the Bricks Builder but it seems pretty fast and useful.

Anyone got any recommendations on Bricks or other template/framework combinations that offer 99/100 out of the box?
