found a pr4 domain, worth buying?

I found a pr4 domain, thats currently parked and still ranking no1 for a easy term. It got about 5800bl in total age is 0. It was a website for a game, and all the backlinks seem to be very content relevant to that... what do you guys think, is it worth buying (about 50€)? The links won't last forever because I would use it as a 301 for affiliate sites... I could probably get some content on the domain thats related to that game and then do in text links from there... hm. What else could I do with it?
the domain name is very targeted to that game, so I can't really use it for anything else.

anyone got some good advice for me?

Don't use 301.

Put up an arcade. Its evergreen.

same suggestion from here too, you could use some arcade game script. Most probably pagerank will stick then. You could use that site for affiliate or link sales, etc. You can make it productive. :driver:

Don't mistake,you said it is PR-4 with game niche so you can make easily some $$$ by that.Buy it and make it gaming website(game review or some simple game) by any popular CMS.Then Flippa will help you to make $$$ by it.

Agreed, especially that Google just updated the PR who knows when they gonna update it again so that PR4 is going to stick for a while.

I agree with most of the above users. Make a game website from it generate some cash then flip it on flippa and get crazy cash

What are the other metrics on it? You should make the website similar to it was before and use it as link juice. Build you a new site and connect it the PR4 site

Post some game reviews on your site. Also you can create some content on popular games. Promote you site no popular gaming communities and social networking sites. Specially on Facebook.
