Found a forgotten domain, what to do with it?

I just put my untouched domains through g's keywordtool and found out, one of my oldest ones (>10 yrs) has the EMD (.com) for a 90.500 searches term and is PR1 (but doesn't rank). Just an old placeholder.

B...ut its only broad match. Exact match is 200.

Is it any good for? Adsense competition is low (0.70$), SERP analysis shows weak competition.

I'd like to hear your ideas. Or if 90.500 broadmatch searches are something that doesn't help monetizing at all.

Its a ten year old PR1 domain man, why waste it on a .70 cpc keyword?

You can SEO it for any keyword you want, and put it on a homepage backlink network and go straight to the first page of Google.

Dont waste aged domains on low paying keywords, even if the keyword is in the domain;-)

Good idea, I totally ignored that you can rank non-emd aswell. It's just a bit more difficult.
A friend of mine has a >7yrs old insurance authority site- strong whitehat SEO, massive content, and for one of his best keywords a thin affilate site (witm emd) went to #3 within 3 weeks.

Do you know any good backlink network?

Yeah I own two networks, I will PM you the details.

Dont put too much effort into it as you might not see results straight away, what you need to do is to get hold of some good keywords for which you want to rank for and then build a natural number of links for it.
