OK so, I found a few really good niches, but I have some problems with them.

They are food niches and the problem is I don't eat that kind of food.

So could I use online images on the niches?

Could I get the images to work on pintrest and pintrest type sites like foodgawker and so on?

Pinterest would be a good place to market the food niche. Women like to eat and cook.
And I don't see why you wouldn't be able to use online images.

I guess I'm more worried about being caught once the site gets big.

I though about maybe adding like a border to the images.

Just go to Public Domain and you will find loads of images there. Use it on your blog.

Great idea. However, I couldn't find any images that way.

Ok. I think I got your problem. You want to make a website with the images, those must be unique. But, why so? I mean I am not getting the reason behind it. If I would have been at your place, I will download the images from Flickr, Pinterest and other sites wherever they are and will simply upload them. But, of course I will give the credits to them. That will sound much more genuine and your readers will have what they want. Simple as that.

If you really want to you could buy stock images. It's a bit price but then you won't have to worry. I would def do Pinterest in such a niche.

Google images will give you alot of such pics...

I don't know if you know this or not but ...

Just do this > Search on images.google.com with your keyword.
Click on Search tools > Usage rights > labeled for reuse.

This will filter the search result, Use those pictures.

This is a good way to go about it. I also do this method, go to Google, search an image, lets say Batman, go to images. Once there, go to the right and click on the bolt to get to advanced search. Once there, go all the way down to Usage rights and you can choose any options listed. I choose "Free to use, share or modify, even commercially." The above options should work too, but this is the other way of doing it on Google that I learned.

Back there on forum i found the thread where use asked does images affect SEO. I would suggest you to read it a bit.

the best pic source would be instagram for this imho with the best picture quality and those pics are basically unique content, aren't indexed on google
just search with the #hashtag of the food in a site like iconosquare or if you need pics in bulk, get a scraper

This is not a Big Deal. Use online image & Do some change.

You can go with images without problems. Images act not good as text but still good.

I don't think it is a big problem. You can use pinterest and Instagram for photos. You can use those photos on your blog. You can also copy images from other food related websites.

Haven't tried instagram.

How do you wash the images were they don't popup on google image search or shared on pintrest?

Why don't you build a blog around the food niche'?

You can rank pretty easy on google through SEO if you attack some low hanging fruit keywords. Get dat organic traffic my man! once it starts to role in you won't have to break you're back spamming social media. This will create a more passive income, The closest you can get to auto pilot too. I apologize if you already know this stuff.

I've took a picture of a plate, then I take another picture of food on a plate then photoshop the food from the other picture onto my plate.

It looks really good honestly. I just hope people don't pay close enough attention to see that its a photoshop picture lol.
