Found a Domain, should I buy it ?

( I know you skipped my introduction)
So, basically my site was de-indexed from G and I was Looking for a new Domain name,(Expired though)
And yalo, I just found one (hurry) But the Q , when I run it through backlink checker I found that most of the site that it is Linked with ranges from TF 0 -TF 5,8,9,10,13,30.34
And it has got
TF 17
CF 24

So, puds should I go for it ? Any opinion ?

Make sure to check it's history and referring domains should also be clean. Also check if it's indexed or not by searching - site:yourdomain.com

If you see any chinese/Russian links it will be better to avoid it. Else if everything seems clean and the domain is in same niche, you can buy it.

Shitty tool imo, just tried to check a website with the manual action applied through it and the tool shows that everything is fine, not banned in AdSense nor Google. Also, the tool shows that the pages of the domain are indexed by Google. Guess what? They aren't.

You need more than that to check that domain. Also, the thing you should focus the most on (metrics wise) is the number of referring domains.
