I am aware of this program. Unfortunately it doesn't use all the IP addresses it claims to use. It has access to about 350 IP addresses. All used by spammers.
Also, the software creates a fingerprint header (Kind of similar to one that was created by older versions of interspire) that spam filters are now recognising. And blocking. Gmail had 3 algorithm updates since December to beef up their spam filtering.
