By looking at your keyword, it is safe to say that it would easy to rank for it BUT one cannot be so sure by just looking at their DA and PA. The thing is, you need to check the On-Page of each site ranking in top 10.
I've been doing CPA + SEO from a few months now and have ranked several sites and I think it would be easy to bank at least $50 a day from this keyword (if it is a 'hack' keyword and can get lower if it's a 'download' keyword). CVR will also depend on the niche.
For content, add somewhere aroung 2k words or more, have a CTA button at the end of the post and at the beginning too. Have some proofs of your site working to deliver the coins. Link to the generator from the Homepage. Have supporting articles on Blog page and link those supporting articles to the Homepage. Have a link for the blog page from the Homepage to pass link juice to all the posts.
For Backlinks part, use Tier Linking, PBNs, Diversity Links. These should be enough.
