Forwarding Question

Hello Everyone,

I have a quick question regarding forwarding with clickbank. If I have a domain name and forward it to my hoplink will I still get credit for the visitor? So what I want is the visitor to visit my site and is redirected to the click bank landing page.

The short answer is: yes.

Regardless of how they get there, a normal browser, once viewing a CB landing page with your hoplink code will be picked up by their tracking system.

However: Many promotional methods (like PPC campaigns) will fail in epic ways if you are trying to drive traffic to a domain that is redirected. Make sure to double check that this will work with your promotional methods.

I was just going to drive traffic from craigslist or yahoo answers with the link forwarding them to the landing page. Do you think this will work? John

Yahoo Answers, CL, and YouTube are the best markets to hit when doing forwarding. Make sure you setup masking through the domain.

Also, email marketing is another good option. Make sure you can find a good targeted list.

What kind of a redirect are you using. It depends a lot upon this...

You can also consider iframing instead of redirecting, this is waht I personally do with CB products
