Forwarding godaddy domain to wix site

I have a .com with Godaddy and I just created a site using Wix and wanted to use the hosting I have with godaddy to forward my .com to Wix and also mask the domain. Is it possible to do this without paying the $5 monthly premium service through Wix? I know Wix is pretty noobish when it comes to site builders but it was super easy to put together what I needed. If it is not possible, is there a way to copy my wix site and build it somewhere else and still use this method of forwarding/masking so I can use free hosting? The site will never need any large amount of bandwidth, that is why I would like to us the free hosting that comes with my godaddy domain.
