forwarding domain does it effect main pages PR?

I have 8 peripheral domain names. They each forward to the main domain. If i blast these using all the usual tools, will their decreased pr effect the main page's pr?

As you are forwarding more domains, Always make sure to blast them with more linkdiversity, because sometimes 301ing will transfer the affected domain issue to main domain.

ok thanks...what is a good rule of thumb for link diversity? Any tips on how I should build links % wise?

My rule is always
60% Site name or domain address
20% one backlink
20% another backlink
for all campaigns you apply.
