Hi,

I was facing a KYC verification with a face scan (by withpersona) while crypto airdrop farming with multiple accounts. Now they are asking for a re-verification (face scan) from the same person.

The first time I just generated the verification link in my antidetect browser and sent it to a few people in Africa and they did complete the verification on their mobile phones. Without any proxies or other setup on their end.

This time the same method is not working. And oddly it only works for people who completed the verification from a different country OR for people from that African country who do the re-verificatin on an Iphone.

We tried a lot already such as:
- same proxy
- mobile antidetect/spoofing to mimic Iphone usage
- copy pasting the cookies

Any ideas on what the reason could be and what else to try?

Yeah honestly just track down the same folks and pay 'em a bit more to re-verify. Sounds like they're tying it to the original device metadata or mobile fingerprint- especially if it's working on iPhones. Persona's gotten smarter about device-linking lately. Re-using the same human might be your only clean play now.

Have you tried using an Android phone? Maybe it's because of the limitations of the iPhone

Sounds like Persona tightened their device and geolocation checks. iPhone success might be due to unique device fingerprints or secure enclave data. Try using real iPhones with consistent IP/device history, or test different mobile carriers. Also, consider emulating genuine user behavior more closely over time instead of instant verifications.

Sounds like the verifier is tying device+network+camera metadata — use real phones (iPhone if it’s iOS-biased) + local SIMs or sticky mobile IPs per verification, never reuse the same link/cookies, match timezone/GPS/EXIF/UA

Yes, All Major KYC Company like persona, sumsub are starting reverification to keep their environment clean.
Spcially some crypto site like Binance forcing people to reverification, If you failed with same face then your account will stuck.

When you say "the same method" is not working, what do you mean by that? They receive an error or their verification fails? Does it need to be the same person as the first person who passed verification on the account?

Similar question, but for onfido. I use an app on an iphone 7 that allows me to upload videos of the ID and face which has to move left and right to verify. In my experience it works one on each iphone and never works on it again. as for reverification I used static selfies for the initial one but now it requires videos of the person moving their head left and right. I have been at this for soooo long. Any help?

seems more and more proxy services are now asking for KYC
Most companies should not, but there has been an increase in the industry. If you don't have questionable target sites such as .gov or financial systems you should be fine.
