Forums .. Is it good for CPA networks ?

I though why not ask the professionals out here, maybe they would help before I take a stupid move.

I have this big forum upto 10k daily unique visitors ( 50% come from Middle east ) .. The question is, CPA networks will accept this kind of websites ?
