Forums in Brazil for backlinks

Any Brazilians out there know of any good forums for backlinks?

I can think of yahoo.com.br answers(respostas) and the brasil subreddit, I also found techtudo.com.br

Are there any other good ones?

Or ways of finding others? I'm a bit of a noob at link building.
