Forums I Can Post IN

I've posted in forums previously, but now I can't find any forums that I can post in other than this forum and the lounge. And I need to make 15 posts to PM. And many more posts to post in most forums it seems. Can anyone give me a list of forums that someone with less than 15 posts can post in?

You should be able to post in all of them except the JV forum and the marketplace (this is excluding the Jr. VIP+ forums).

You're starting to push boundaries by opening duplicate threads and admitting to post count inflation. Just an FYI.
