Ok so tonight im going to do a little experiment, I have a blogspot blog that at the moment gets very little traffic. Its a health and fitness niche, not very targetted for any specific keywords.

Since im not getting much traffic, im going to post 10 posts to 10 forums that allow me to have my url in my signature (as a hyperlink if possible) I will be targetting the biggest forums I can find.

I know this is the kind of thing xrummer does but this is going to be hand written unique posts for each different thread.

You forgot to tell us what do you want to achieve, what are your expectations. From my point of view forum traffic is not worth the time and effort. The method of course, works. But it's effectiveness depends on things like the quality of your posts and the frequency of posting. It's main advantage is that the traffic you get is higly targeted but as I've said. It's a huge time eater.

I myself use forums for getting backlinks. I think it has better roi but hey, tell us your results and will take it from there.
