forum spamming methods

Im Curious what your favorite forum spamming method is and how effective it is.
Ill often create several profiles on one form and have one profile ask a question while the others provide a "solution" directing them towards different websites that i own related to similar niches.

I hate from forum spamming as i get many everyday at my forum. Also with the recent changes of Google it is pretty worthless now.
