What if you take a smiley sand then make it a hyperlink pointing to your site?
it does work but unfortunately i do not have enough time on this site to do this
Will these show as backlinks?

What I have read is about 1x1 Pixel transparent .png image with links... These counts as backlinks and Im pretty sure they are invisible to everyone but search engines

Do not do this!

At best, your link will not be counted.

The smiley trick is old, but some blogs do not put a line under the smiley when it's hyper-linked.

I found the smiley trick especially useful for getting high PR .edu and .gov links in moderated comments.

There was no chance of getting a link with anchor text - in these situations, on high-profile URLs, a smiley link is definitely worthwhile despite the lack of anchor text.

Often, even when underlined, the hyper-linked smileys slip through un-noticed
