When i do forums signatures i put all my web 2.0 websites, my question is:
Is necessary put also anchor text with my keyword in html mode or just i must put the web 2.0 urls?
It depends on the forum. Some forums will accept html, some will only accept bbcode, and some won't let you use any code at all.
The rule of thumb is basically
If you can use bbcode or html in the sig then you should definitely use an anchor text.
If you can't use code at all then use the text url so people can cut and paste it, (it's also a good idea to include keyword in some kind of slogan message with it).
Either way you need to write a signature that's likely to stick. It won't do you any good if the forum moderators just delete them right after you make them.
All of the above can be applied to blog commenting as well if you want to include a link in the actual comment.
Thanks GreyWolf, and I thought I would add, too, that unless you are adding forum signatures en masse with an automation tool, you would do best to target human visitors, preferably with keywords either way. I would think that adding 20 links in your signature, keyword or not, will probably get your signature and/or username deleted pretty quickly for spam. Just my 2c
