okay! forums links are good way to get backlink and apparently it is considered as white hat if it is done within limit and the answers are relevant , the site also matters.

So it's a good strategy to hire a couple of users and give them link to our site? And what if they are really active users? Around 30 posts per day. Would that be good for backlinking?

30 post from 5 different forum sites yes but not on single forum site.

adding into active members should be in your niche category there are many forums which allows you to post anything to get a backlink.
