Forum Sidebar - "Pay Per Install"

I checked it earlier, and again now. It appears that the "Pay Per Install" link in the sidebar (in the "Other" Section) has had their hosting account suspended.

Yeah I'm sure its been like that for ages, and the webmaster tools are useless as well really..
