Forum Scraper & Poster ?

I'm starting a forum and I need a tool that I can enter a website URL forum and it automatically scrapes forum posts along with comments, store them.
I also need a program that can auto register a user on my new forum and use the scraped content from above to post a new topic in the forum on a time interval.

I also would be willing to pay for this type of service as well if Tools are not available.

Sounds like you need Xrumer. I personally have not used Xrumer but I do recall a thread a while back where a guy was hired by a new forum owner to populate a dead forum with user accounts and comments.

Maybe someone with Xrumer experience will chime in but I'm pretty sure it's what you need.
