Forum profiles question

Hey guys , I have a question.

Do, manual forum profiles still work after Panda? And if yes, do I have to make each one of them with different email or can I use the same one for 100 profiles for example.

Profiles are quite hard to index, but they are still a useful backlink type. Use them for anchor text and IP diversity, but don't go too mad on them. Building too many at once can look spammy. I wouldn't waste time building them manually, use software such as xrumer. They are also very useful as Tier 2 and Tier 3 backlinks.

Good made profiles with content on them, manual built and with 1-2 posts in the forum can bring good seo juice.

There good for higher tiers, I wouldn't send them straight to my money site though. Use a buffer site

Yep, I did this in the past and it was good.

I only post on similar niche and posting like a normal guy, get socialized, not ONLY put a link, post, and disappear.
