Forum Profile Maker + Link Adder?

Anyone know of a tool that can either take a list of forums or find forums with certain metrics and then automatically:

1. Create a profile
2. Verify or have a 2-step process so I can manually verify and then it goes back to run step 3
3. Add a link to the homepage/website field
4. [OPTIONAL] Auto-fill bio with a spun version of content

I'm sure there's stuff that does step 1, but wondering if there's a tool that can go further?

I don't think there is a tool for that, but why would you need it when if you're looking for backlinks, being active in 4 to 5 forums can get you enough of what you want.
