Well, I just want to know how much money I will need if I buy it. Let's say that the forum is 1-2 years old, something like PR2-3... Maybe something like $500-1000 in revenue per month. Ranking... Something like 2-3 page for particular keyword maybe...

What topic is the forum about? (if the topic is 'hot', you'll be able to get more)

How many posts/threads? (mere user count doesn't tell much as anybody can get 3,000 account registrations but this doesn't necessary mean that the forum is active)

Is the forum active? (i.e. does it get a decent amount of new posts/threads daily?)

Does it come with staff?
