Guys,
Im signing up for some forums for backlinking, and I'm wondering if i can add my links in my signature on a site like this or digital point. DP is do follow and has a high page rank, but is there any relevancy issue?

Just add them. More links, more traffic. Even if the link isn't 100% relevant it can still help you. It definitely won't count against you.

alright awesome. Also, i have a dded a few links, and also one with just my website.. the only links getting indexed is my actual site, and it doesnt read the link behind anyof my anchor texts.. is this normal or does it take longer for google to read the anchor text links and index them? my website is written out, and my anchor text links to a deeper page on my site.
