Hrefer is a better scraper than scrapebox for many things as well.
My VA uses it all the time - I love it - I recommend it
However, if you are supporting less than say 10 sites with say 50 first tier links per site (so 500 links to power up MINIMUM) then Xrumer might just be overkill.
I farm out spare capacity on some of my servers all the time and STILL a couple of my Xrumer installs aren't being used. I've sold 2 licences in the past year.
I've not got the fastest set up on my local based set up but even that churns out almost 75,000 verified links a day on 100 threads.
If I was supporting just half a dozen sites I'd dare not have it on more than a couple of hours a month - or artificially slow it down even more to say 5 or 10 threads or whatever.
Go to the services section and get someone to run your links for you. Xrumer took me two weeks to get my head properly around and cost almost $600 per license after local taxes. (It's a lot more complex than scrapebox).
Get a solution that fits your problem. It might be a self run Xrumer, a third party Xrumer or something that does 1000 links a day and costs peanuts like one of the forum bots that does the rounds and is really simple to set up and run on a little cheap VPS.
Of course you could get Xrumer knowing it was overkill and sell your excess capacity to others. Always worth thinking about.
