Forum-posting application?

I'm looking for a tool that can help me post to forums.
I dont want to blast some shit and hope that it sticks I rather want it to use the forum-accounts I already have and I also want to be able to select what sections in the forums it should post in.
I then give it my post and topic and push a button.

Is there any application like this out there?

Yes, I already saw the website but the unique link that works is the link to buy, the link to email them and a lot of another ones don't work, so I thought that it is a scam or something like that. I will wait
