Forum poster?

Does anyone know of a good program that can automate forum posts for me on certain intervals? any advice is appreciated

I jus need something that can automate posting in xenforo and vbulletin, nothnig too special. no captcha or anything as well

will the lite version be sufficient? like i said, these forums have no captchas that i want to psot on and xrumer is quite expensive, i dont want to spend over 400$

and also can i run xrumer on a mac? i have a PC as well but i primarily use my mac. i would like to run it in the background if possible
