I am having a hard time being able to get a new forum populated.

When I started one a few years ago I had found a service who did it for me, now I cant seem to find anyone that does this.

IS there an easier way to do it?

I've been looking for the same thing and just came across a service called "PostLoop" seems to be good - yet to give it a try

PostLoop is pretty good. I've been using it for one of my forums for a few months now. You can either pay for posts, which is what I do mainly, or you can post on other people's forums and earn points.

Post standard is generally pretty good as site owners rate posters on the posts they make.

If what you want is leeching from other similar forums to yours, along with usernames and everything, I can help!

Can do thousands of posts in few hours, if this is what you are after.

Interesting, how good is the content they generate on the forum? Are they real discussions?

The content varies, but you can set minimum requirements for people signing up, like they have to have an average postloop rating of over 4.0 for example. To keep this rating they have to get decent reviews from other forum owners.

Users with a higher rating get "paid" more points per post; so they have an incentive to keep the quality high.

Zennoposter is good software to use in order to create accounts and have them post content.
For starting a website you need something like this to populate it and make it look busy.
